Grams to Cups (gramstocups.info) is a free kitchen conversion site for cooks and bakers who follow US recipes. It turns grams into cups and cups into grams for 46 ingredients, and covers the spoon, ounce, milliliter and oven conversions that come up in the same recipes.

Who publishes the site

The site is published by the Grams to Cups Editorial Team. We put no names or credentials on pages, and we claim no kitchen tests. Every weight on the site comes from a published source that we name and date.

Where the numbers come from

The weights come from USDA FoodData Central and King Arthur Baking, and how we calculate lists every one.

Corrections

If a conversion looks wrong, email contact@gramstocups.info with the page and the figure. We check it against the source and fix the data, which updates every page that uses it.
